Large gun store / range is seeking a part time Office Manager. This position is for part time work on the weekend. This position would be ideal for a house keeper or retired person who would be available to cover the existing office manager for vacation days and sick days. •Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in QuickBooks software• Accounts Payable/Receivable experience• Manage employee benefits and administer payroll (we use a payroll processor).•Must have excellent phone and computer skills•Excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented•Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)• Applicant must have impeccable accuracy in document preparation and other clerical responsibilities•Show the ability to multi-task, and be a motivated self starter with a "Can do" attitude•Must be people oriented with a positive attitude•Nonsmoker •High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred•Able to pass a criminal background check.•Reliable transportationThis position does not offer health insurance or other benefits.Pay $15/hourHours are 9:00 a .m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
