Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Provide Administrative support to the Operations Manager and Events Director. We are seeking a professional individual to help facility daily offices duties such as make copies, order supplies, mail out packages, and aide in office organization. Other duties include: scheduling meetings, making PowerPoint presentations or flyers, updating our database, and light recruiting.Ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to perform multiple tasks, work independently and exercise excellent decision making skills. Strong communication, interpersonal, organization, time management and prioritization skills are critical. **Must be computer proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and have social networking abilities (i.e. Facebook and Twitter).The job is an entry level position, with room to advance with our company as we grow.Office hours will be Tuesday-Saturday from 9AM to 5PM. Pay is $10-12/hour based on experience.
